This episode (all 3 chapters) is useful for a first-time canner (I'm looking as a second-time canner). I was looking for a recipe for black beans to can, so I was a little disappointed that the video only showed pinto beans. I'm assuming the same recipe is used for black beans.
Tattler makes reusable canning lids, so you don't even have to buy new lids each time. They work great with pressure canning too....
